See the difference between your allocated Reward Balance and the amount currently available to spend.
When an eligible activity is approved, the approved amount moves from Reward Balance into Redeemable Balance. When a redemption is approved, that amount is protected internally so it cannot be spent twice. After merchant settlement, it becomes Used Rewards.
Reward Balance is a platform benefit and is not presented as withdrawable bank cash. Customers use the unlocked Redeemable Balance with participating partner stores and providers.
