Shift & Shop provides a relocation-linked rewards and local services platform that may connect customers with relocation support, Partner Stores, local service providers and other participating businesses.
Customers may also receive, unlock and use eligible rewards through the Shift & Shop platform.
By creating an account, using the website, requesting relocation support, participating in the rewards program, submitting a business listing or otherwise using Shift & Shop, you agree to the terms described below.
Privacy Policy
Shift & Shop respects your privacy and aims to use personal information responsibly and only for purposes connected with operating the platform, providing services, administering rewards and supporting customers and participating businesses.

These records are necessary to operate the rewards program and help prevent duplicate or unauthorised use of rewards.

Shift & Shop may share information with participating businesses, service providers, Partner Stores or other parties when reasonably necessary to:

- Process a booking or service enquiry
- Connect you with a participating business
- Verify or administer a marketplace transaction
- Provide operational or technical services to Shift & Shop

Shift & Shop does not publish private customer account information as part of public business or provider listings.
Public business listings may display information submitted by the business or provider, including:

Partner Stores and External Websites
Shift & Shop may provide links to Partner Stores, provider websites, social media pages or other third-party websites.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shift & Shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy above.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use features that require acceptance of them.
2. Shift & Shop Platform
Shift & Shop may provide features including:
- Relocation support
- Customer reward accounts
- Reward offers and activities
- Reward claims
- Reward redemption
- Partner Store discovery
- Local service provider discovery
- Marketplace listings
- Service enquiries
- Business applications
- Listing claims
- Reviews
- Booking or messaging features
- Other relocation-related services
Features may be added, modified or removed as the platform develops.
3. Customer Accounts
Certain features may require a Shift & Shop account.
You agree to provide reasonably accurate information and keep your account details updated.
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your password
- Keeping your login credentials private
- Activities performed through your account
- Informing Shift & Shop if you believe your account has been compromised
Shift & Shop may restrict or suspend an account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, manipulation of rewards or other serious violation of these terms.
4. Shift & Shop Rewards
The Shift & Shop rewards system may contain different balances.
Reward Balance
Reward Balance generally represents rewards allocated to your Shift & Shop account that may still be subject to eligibility conditions before they become available for redemption.
Redeemable Balance
Redeemable Balance represents the portion of eligible rewards currently available for use through approved Shift & Shop redemption options.
Reserved or Held Rewards
When a redemption is approved or being processed, the relevant amount may temporarily be reserved or held.
Reserved rewards cannot be used again while the associated transaction is being processed.
This helps prevent the same reward balance from being redeemed more than once.
Used Rewards
Once an approved redemption has been completed or settled, the corresponding amount may be recorded as Used Rewards.
5. Nature of Rewards
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Shift & Shop rewards:
- Are promotional platform benefits
- Are not a bank account
- Are not a deposit
- Do not earn interest
- Are not independently transferable between users
- Cannot automatically be exchanged for cash
- May only be used through eligible Shift & Shop redemption methods
- May be subject to specific offer, business or transaction conditions
A displayed Reward Balance does not necessarily mean the entire amount can immediately be redeemed.
The amount currently available for use is shown separately as the Redeemable Balance.
6. Earning and Unlocking Rewards
Rewards may become available through eligible relocation-related activities, promotional offers, approved claims or other activities offered by Shift & Shop.
Each reward opportunity may have its own:
- Eligibility requirements
- Reward amount
- Supporting evidence requirements
- Maximum reward
- Participating businesses
- Validity period
- Redemption conditions
Shift & Shop may review claims before rewards are approved.
Providing false, altered or misleading information may result in rejection of a claim or restriction of an account.
7. Reward Redemptions
Customers may request to use available Redeemable Balance with eligible Partner Stores, service providers or other approved redemption options.
Submitting a redemption request does not automatically mean the transaction has been approved.
A redemption may be subject to:
- Available Redeemable Balance
- Provider or Partner Store eligibility
- Transaction verification
- Reward limits
- Offer conditions
- Supporting information
- Administrative review
Once a redemption is approved, the relevant reward amount may be reserved until the transaction is completed.
8. Redemption Reversals and Cancellations
If an approved transaction is cancelled before settlement or completion, the reserved reward amount may be returned to the appropriate available balance where applicable.
Once a transaction has been completed and settled, reversal may not always be possible.
Any refund or reversal involving a participating business may also depend on the circumstances of the underlying purchase or service.
9. Partner Stores
Shift & Shop may display links to independent Partner Stores.
Partner Stores operate their own:
- Websites
- Products
- Pricing
- Delivery policies
- Refund policies
- Return policies
- Customer service procedures
A Partner Store's inclusion on Shift & Shop does not mean that every product or transaction automatically qualifies for rewards.
Reward eligibility is determined according to the applicable Shift & Shop reward or redemption rules.
10. Local Service Providers
Shift & Shop provides a directory or marketplace through which customers may discover local service providers and businesses.
Provider information may include:
- Business name
- Category
- Description
- Location
- Contact information
- Website
- Images
- Business hours
- Pricing information
- Reviews
- Reward participation
- Verification status
Service providers generally operate independently from Shift & Shop unless specifically stated otherwise.
Customers should make their own decision regarding whether a provider is appropriate for their needs.
11. Verified Listings
Some marketplace listings may display a Verified status.
Verification means that Shift & Shop has performed the verification steps applicable to that listing at the relevant time.
Verification should not be interpreted as:
- A guarantee of service quality
- A guarantee of future performance
- An endorsement of every service offered
- A guarantee that all information will remain unchanged
Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
12. Service Transactions
Where a customer engages a third-party service provider, the service itself may be provided directly by that provider.
Unless Shift & Shop expressly states that it is the service provider, matters such as the following may be governed by the agreement between the customer and provider:
- Work quality
- Service scope
- Appointment timing
- Guarantees
- Warranties
- Service cancellation
- Provider conduct
Shift & Shop may assist with communication or reward administration but does not automatically become a party to every provider and customer service agreement.
13. Relocation Support
Shift & Shop may provide information or assistance relating to relocation, including access to:
- Moving support
- Trucks
- Storage
- Packing materials
- Carton boxes
- Blankets
- Tape
- Plastic crates
- Car carrier services
- Other relocation-related products or services
Availability may vary by location, participating provider and individual requirements.
A relocation enquiry does not create a guaranteed booking until the relevant arrangements have been confirmed.
14. Business and Provider Accounts
Businesses may apply to participate in the Shift & Shop marketplace.
Businesses and providers are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is accurate and that they have authority to publish:
- Business details
- Logos
- Images
- Contact information
- Pricing
- Service descriptions
- Offers
- Other listing content
Shift & Shop may review, edit, suspend or remove listings where information is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or inconsistent with platform requirements.
15. Claiming a Business Listing
A person claiming an existing business listing may be asked to provide information demonstrating their authority to manage that business.
Shift & Shop may approve, reject or request additional information before transferring listing management access.
16. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews should be based on genuine experiences.
Users must not:
- Submit fake reviews
- Review their own business using misleading identities
- Manipulate ratings
- Coordinate fraudulent reviews
- Threaten businesses in exchange for benefits
- Submit abusive or unlawful content
Businesses must not condition rewards on customers leaving a positive rating or favourable review.
Shift & Shop may moderate or remove reviews that appear fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate.
17. Prohibited Use
You must not use Shift & Shop to:
- Commit fraud
- Manipulate rewards
- Redeem the same reward more than once
- Create deceptive accounts
- Submit false documentation
- Impersonate another person or business
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems
- Upload malicious software
- Scrape or misuse platform data without permission
- Publish unlawful, threatening or intentionally misleading content
- Abuse marketplace, review, messaging or booking features
Accounts or listings involved in serious misuse may be restricted or suspended.
18. Pricing and Business Information
Prices, offers, service information and availability displayed by participating businesses may change.
Where information is supplied by an independent provider, Shift & Shop cannot guarantee that all third-party information will always be complete or current.
Customers should confirm important pricing, availability and service details before completing a transaction.
19. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Shift & Shop website, branding, layout, software, text and original platform content are owned by or licensed to Shift & Shop.
Businesses retain responsibility for logos, photographs and other materials they submit to their listings.
By submitting content intended for a public listing, the submitting party permits Shift & Shop to display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the listing and platform.
20. Website Availability
Shift & Shop aims to keep the website and platform available and functioning properly.
However, access may occasionally be interrupted because of:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Hosting issues
- Technical failures
- Security measures
- Third-party service interruptions
- Circumstances outside reasonable control
Shift & Shop does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
21. Limitation of Responsibility
Shift & Shop is responsible for operating its platform and administering its own reward processes.
Independent Partner Stores and service providers remain responsible for their respective products and services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shift & Shop is not responsible for losses caused solely by the independent actions, products, services or representations of third-party businesses.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Changes to the Platform or These Terms
Shift & Shop may update:

Material updates may be reflected by changing the Last updated date on this page.
Continued use of the platform after an update may be subject to the revised terms.
