At ShiftandShop, we value your trust and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the process for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@shiftandshop.com with your order number.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact to qualify for a return/replacement.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the product is used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
In case of payment failure due to incorrect details shared by the customer, processing time may be longer.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Items purchased on clearance/sale unless defective.
Personalized/customized products.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong product sent).
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise approved by us.
6. Delay or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank/payment provider first.
